1 - Install the App

• If you previously installed an older version, we suggest you delete the version you have and reinstall the app to ensure the newest technology.
   
• To install the app, go to https://runningindustry.org/ria-connect and click the links to either the Apple Store or Google Play. If you search either store, we'd advise that you search using ONE word, "RIAConnect"

2 - Log In

• In order to use RIA Connect, you must have a current login on the RIA's website, i.e. the "RIA Member Portal".
   
• Your username and password are the same ones you use for RIA Member Portal, which is accessible by logging in at https://runningindustry.org/login If you haven't established a login on the site, you can do so at https://runningindustry.org/register
   
  • If you need to update your username and/or password, please visit https://runningindustry.org/login and manage these on the RIA Member Portal. Keep in mind, the app won't support a password change, please visit the portal. 
     
  • If you need to recover your username, you can do so by clicking here: https://www.runningindustry.org/register?view=remind
     
  • If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking here: https://www.runningindustry.org/register?view=reset

3 - Using RIA Connect for Runchella

• Once logged in, to view your schedule simply choose the "Calendar" option at bottom of the screen 
• YOUR SCHEDULE WILL DEFAULT TO THE TIME ZONE YOU ARE IN - IT WILL SHIFT TO MST ONCE IN DENVER
• Selecting a session will allow you to view greater details
