Terry Schalow started with the Running Industry Association in January 2016 as Executive Director. Prior to joining the RIA, Terry was on the brand side with ASICS. From his first job as a specialty run sales rep, to roles as specialty run sales manager, performance footwear product line manager, and specialty sales brand director, Terry's entire career has focused on the specialty run channel. A lifelong running enthusiast, Terry lives in Encinitas California with his wife Michelle and son Jackson.
