Traci is a community-minded graphic designer based in Ridgway, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 1986.

Shawna is a Certified Profit First Professional and an experienced entrepreneur. She opened her first business in 1998 and spent the next 20 years honing her skills in leadership and organizational processes while creating a dynamic employee culture.
