How Run Shops Can Prepare for Better Brand Conversations at The Running Event
The truth is, the best conversations at The Running Event are the ones that were planned out before anyone got on the plane to San Antonio. I have watched a lot of retailers, myself included, arrive with a calendar packed wall to wall and leave with a pile of line sheets and no clearer idea of what to do in January. More meetings is not the answer. Fewer, better conversations that connect to your business plan is the goal.
