KARHU means “bear” in Finnish, a fitting name for our small but mighty company that was founded in Helsinki back in 1916. Throughout our 100+ year history, KARHU has come to be known as a champion of sport and innovation. Today, we continue our tradition of efficiency-driven design by utilizing data from state-of-the-art 3D foot scanners in our development process.
