Veloci Running is a fast-emerging performance footwear brand built for runners and walkers who demand comfort, durability, and speed. With an anatomical fit runners feel immediately, and a product line engineered for specialty retail, Veloci is expanding its national footprint and seeking experienced independent sales representatives to drive growth in key territories.

Role Overview

The Independent Sales Representative (100% commission-based) will drive Veloci’s wholesale growth within an assigned territory by opening new accounts, strengthening relationships with specialty retail partners, and driving consistent sell-through. This role is ideal for a rep with deep industry relationships, a strong understanding of the run/walk consumer, and a track record of building brands from early-stage to established market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with Veloci’s national growth objectives.
  • Identify, open, and onboard new specialty accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular touchpoints, seasonal presentations, and in-store support.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that communicate Veloci’s performance story, technology, and differentiation.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, order management, and territory reporting.
  • Support retailers with merchandising guidance, staff training, and sell-through strategies.
  • Represent Veloci at regional events, trade shows, and key account meetings.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and retailer needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success as an independent rep in run specialty, outdoor, or performance footwear.
  • Established relationships with key retailers in the territory.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and product storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a brand from the ground up.
  • Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in managing a multi-account territory.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent role.
