We are thrilled to release the results from RIA’s Fourth Quarter '20 Retailer Survey that closed on February 2nd, 2021.
Over 100 retailers weighed in on their 2020 sales results, their outlook for 2021 spring/fall, and the impact of ecommerce on their overall sales strategies. The numbers show just how resilient of an industry we are with 68% of stores reported exceeding or being within 10% of their 2019 sales numbers. This is just one of many fascinating statistics.
