Best in Show Awards from RIA Summit 2025

Members of the Running Industry Association (RIA) voted for the winners of Best In Show awards at the conclusion of the RIA Summit, the organization's annual event featuring the top brands in the run specialty industry. Title recipients were the ASICS SuperBlast 2 ‘Tokyo Pack’ for Best Footwear, Sky Manufacturing’s Lux Dry Short Sleeve for Best Apparel/Accessories, Wahoo Fitness KICKR RUN for Best Emerging Brand product, and Mount to Coast’s R1 for Overall Best In Show.

"As a new brand, winning the Overall Best In Show Award for the R1 model is an encouraging affirmation from some of the most seasoned run specialty Retailers in the US," said Mount to Coast Country Manager, Doug Rosenberg. Mount to Coast currently offers three core styles catered to long-distance performance running, and their overall win was particularly noteworthy considering the brand’s ‘newcomer’ status. 

Emerging brand category winner Wahoo Fitness brought their smart treadmill KICKR RUN for show attendees to try for themselves and the experience made an impact. “This award reflects the momentum we’re seeing as the run community embraces the innovation Wahoo is bringing to the treadmill category,” shared Rich Vincent, Director of Business Development.

ASICS and Sky Manufacturing also expressed their excitement at receiving the footwear and apparel category Best in Show awards respectively.

RIA retailer members voted for the four best in show categories after attending brand presentations and product line showings throughout the RIA Summit held in Atlanta, Georgia.
