She opened her first business in 1998 and spent the next 20 years honing her skills in leadership and organizational processes while creating a dynamic employee culture. She is a very community conscious entrepreneur and has served on numerous non-profit boards and fundraising committees. To recharge her batteries, Shawna enjoys travel, photography, food & wine, camping, hiking, and kayaking with family and friends.
