Additional PDC training sessions started in July. For members who have yet to dive into this new benefit, now is the time. And for those who have used it but have questions…these sessions are for you too.
The first 30 minutes of each hour-long, hands-on session will focus on introducing the system’s core functionality including accessing the platform, where to find documentation and support, and capturing feedback on future enhancements. It will also cover all platform improvements and updates. The last half will be an open-forum Q&A.
