RIA Steps up to the Plate at Town Hall
To kick off the conversation, we shed light on our strategic plan, starting with a clear explanation of the principles that form our mission. Following this, RIA leadership reviewed the strategic pillars that support our mission, which serve as the guiding framework for our member benefits and initiatives.
The chart below provides a graphic representation to clarify the overall strategy.
As you can see, the RIA Board has created three strategic pillars that support the RIA mission, which in turn are supported by our strategic initiatives.
Keep in mind that the key benefits and initiatives included above do not encompass our full range of benefits, but hopefully the chart illustrates our efforts to deliver value to our members and support the health of the channel.
After explaining our strategic plan, we dedicated the remainder of the Town Hall to addressing questions from attendees on a wide range of topics: everything from the launch of the Product Data Collaborative to how the RIA advocates for retail members. This open dialogue allowed us to directly engage with your concerns and ensure that your voices are heard. As we move forward, we remain committed to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Running Industry Association is only as strong as its members, and your involvement is integral to our shared success.
