Role Description

As a Fit Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve their health and fitness goals while also creating a personalized in-store experience. This may mean helping find the best footwear and apparel, assist in injury prevention or guide the customer through their nutrition and training.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Ensure customer experience meets the highest standards
• Conduct gait analysis and ensure the proper fit of footwear, apparel and accessories by utilizing our fit process;
• Promote in-store events and training programs.
• Stay current with product knowledge and continue to gain expertise in footwear, apparel, and accessory departments
• Operate POS system
• Assist with pricing, markdowns and rolling inventory
• Represent the company at off-site events such as health-fairs and local races
• Attend team meetings and tech trainings given by industry brand representatives
• Have FUN!

  Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of running shoes and apparel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in inventory management and store operations is a plus
• A passion for running and an active lifestyle is preferred
• Must be open to working evenings and weekends
