VELOUS Footwear was built by athletes, for athletes. Founded by three industry veterans, we design high-performance recovery footwear engineered to support runners and active individuals pre-post-run, race, or workout.

VELOUS is looking to grow its presence across key U.S. territories and is seeking Independent Sales Representatives or agencies with a passion for running, community, and specialty retail.

What You’ll Do:
- Represent VELOUS in your assigned territory and grow brand presence
- Open new specialty accounts and support existing doors
- Educate retailers and staff on VELOUS product benefits and technology
- Maximize sell-through via in-store merchandising, staff training, and display execution
- Support local events and races with your retail partners
- Attend relevant industry events and trade shows
- Track performance and provide feedback from the field
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in the running, outdoor, or athletic footwear industry
- Experience working as a tech rep, territory manager, or independent sales agent
- Event experience (run clubs, expos, race sponsorships, etc.)
- Deep understanding of the run specialty and its community roots
- Proven ability to manage a sales cycle—from prospecting to close
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with competitive earning potential based on your performance and territory growth.
