Position Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Retail Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations. This role is a blend of strategic marketing and hands-on retail leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

 

Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Role)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engine, and email platforms.
  • Create compelling content around products, local spotlights, and store services.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and website updates to drive traffic and sales.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including community events and partnerships.
  • Track marketing performance using analytics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

 

Retail Management Responsibilities (Secondary Role)

  • Ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience by leading and coaching staff.
  • Monitor sales floor interactions, providing guidance and feedback to employees.
  • Assist with store operations, including inventory management, special orders, and store organization.
  • Communicate expectations, updates, and procedural changes to staff.
  • Foster a team-oriented culture by collaborating with employees and managers.
  • Maintain professionalism and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Retail management experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Aptitude for digital design software such as Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Passion for running, fitness, or an active lifestyle.
