Team Gazelle Account Manager

Position Vision:

The Team Gazelle Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and fostering strong, positive relationships with customers and vendors alike.  This individual will collaborate closely with a diverse range of clients, including local high schools, colleges/universities, businesses, and club soccer teams, to address their uniform, fanwear, and product needs.

Position Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing in-depth product knowledge and providing tailored recommendations that address each customer’s specific needs.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales by onboarding new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Custom Package Development: Create tailored uniform and fanwear packages, including pricing structures, to meet both customer needs and business goals.
  • Product Personalization Coordination: Collaborate with in-house and local printers to facilitate logos and personalization of products.
  • Clear Communication: Communicate delivery timelines and pricing expectations clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Foster positive and collaborative relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other members of the Gazelle Sports & Team Gazelle teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

 Position Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to track and manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Customer Engagement: Enthusiastic about meeting new customers and building meaningful relationships.
  • Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in sports, with a focus on supporting coaches, athletes, and customers, is highly valued.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to group efforts.

Other Requirements: 

  • Local travel to meet and service customers.
  • Some nights and weekend hours may be required.

This is a Full Time Salary plus Commission position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
