Updated Webinar Wednesdays

The RIA is excited to introduce a new series of webinars designed to keep our members up-to-date on relevant channel topics. Webinar Wednesdays will be educational and informational, and our plan is to cover a wide variety of topics. That includes upcoming sessions on diversity, customer engagement, post-COVID visual merchandising, shoe technology and performance, and much more! We will also sprinkle in a few that are just for fun.

So be sure to tune in on Wednesdays for these engaging presentations followed by a lively discussion on the topic. And don’t worry, if the time doesn’t work for you, they will be recorded and accessible on the RIA Member Portal. Some will be webinars, some panel discussions, but all will be great tools to keep up to date on trends and best practices - for you and your entire staff.

A few members plan to utilize webinars as staff meetings on a regular basis. That is fantastic! This is a powerful mechanism for training and continued education for your team. All you have to do is register for the webinars and panel discussions you find interesting. It's all free with your membership!
