Pick Up Actionable Intel on Powerful Member Benefits at TRE22

Make sure you put the RIA Member Benefits Meeting on your schedule at The Running Event at the Austin Convention Center in Texas. This meeting at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29, is open to all retailers including members and nonmembers. Also at TRE22, RIA will lead two Mastermind Group sessions.

In a quick but informative 45-minute meeting, RIA staff will introduce you to three powerful member benefits that are evolving into essential business tools for the specialty running industry. We will also be giving an update on plans for Runchella 2022.

The first tool is a cooperative database being developed by RIA that will democratize and standardize product data, resulting in improved operational efficiency for members. RIA is collaborating with specialty running brands to collect all product information into one easy-to-search database, where retailers can go to update their POS systems with their inventory – both in-store and online. A system administrator will help manage precise data collection and input, as well support retailers in their data selection. This benefit is scheduled to launch in early 2023. RIA’s partnership with Upper Quadrant provides useful market research and data aggregation to members through its Cadence services including the free industry benchmark reports as well as customized, fee-based services for individual stores and brands. While members can learn about these services through webinars in November, the TRE Member Benefits Meeting will provide an opportunity for additional information and answers to your questions.
